Delete your data
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This page explains how to ask Dentyaan to delete data about you. Dentyaan is run by Runverve Private Limited. Our privacy policy says what we keep and why.
If you are a patient of a clinic
Your clinic holds your dental record and decides what is kept, so ask your clinic first. In the clinic, or from the link to your own record, you can ask for your data to be deleted. The clinic notes the request, Dentyaan reminds it until it is answered, and the Dentyaan team deletes the record for good once the clinic agrees. Some records may have to be kept for the time Indian law asks the clinic to keep them.
If you got a WhatsApp message from Dentyaan's number
- To stop the messages: reply STOP. You get no more automatic messages from that clinic. You can also ask the clinic.
- To delete what Dentyaan keeps about the messages: write to us from the same WhatsApp number, or by email, with the clinic's name. Dentyaan keeps a log of each message (which clinic, which kind, the time and whether it was delivered) without the text of your replies. We delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
- Chats on the phone: messages you sent to the number are also in the WhatsApp Business app on the Dentyaan team's phone. We delete that chat when you ask.
If you are a clinic, a member of staff, or you used this website
Write to us to delete your account, your clinic's data, or a demo request. A clinic can first download all its records. We delete the clinic's data within 30 days of the request, and backups are gone 14 days after that.
How to ask
- Email info@dentyaan.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- Or send a WhatsApp message or call +91 79765 46258.
Tell us your name, your phone number or email, and the clinic's name if there is one. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same number or email, so nobody else can delete your data. We reply within 30 days. Our grievance officer is Anil Kumar.
