Terms of use

These terms are between Runverve Private Limited ("Runverve", "we", "us") and the clinic that uses Dentyaan ("the clinic", "you"), including everyone the clinic gives a login. By using Dentyaan, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. What Dentyaan is

Dentyaan is a web app for dental clinics: patient records, follow-ups and reminders, prescriptions, bills, stock, and orders to labs, scan centres and pharmacies, with AI help for notes. If your plan includes a Dentyaan Cam or a Dentyaan Pod, how it is supplied, and whether it is returned when you stop, is agreed when you join.

2. Your account

• The clinic owner decides who gets a login and what role they have, and removes people who leave.
• Each person uses their own login and keeps their password private.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has misused an account.

3. Clinical decisions stay with the dentist

• Dentyaan helps you keep records. It does not give medical advice.
• AI drafts, such as voice notes, handwriting read from photos and X-ray help, can be wrong. The doctor must check and correct them before saving.
• Diagnosis, treatment and prescriptions are the dentist's decisions.

4. Patient data and consent

• The clinic is responsible for collecting patient data lawfully, getting patients' consent, including for voice recording, and keeping records accurate.
• We process patient data only to run Dentyaan for the clinic, as described in our privacy policy.

5. Price

During the pilot, Dentyaan costs ₹599 a month per clinic. We will tell you before any change in price, and you can stop before it applies.

6. Fair use

Do not use Dentyaan for anything illegal, try to break into it or its data, share logins, upload harmful files, or look at records you have no reason to see.

7. Availability

We work to keep Dentyaan running and backed up every night, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Dentyaan keeps working without the internet for screens already opened on a phone, and sends changes when the connection is back.

8. Your data stays yours

The clinic's records belong to the clinic. You can download the register as an Excel file, and any patient's full record as a standard FHIR file, at any time. When you stop, we delete your clinic's data when you ask, after you have downloaded what you need.

9. Stopping

You can stop using Dentyaan at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is not paid for, after telling you, except when we must act at once to protect patients or the service.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Runverve is not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what the clinic paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and tell clinics before an important change.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction.
